Pawn and Pint is Kansas City’s first board game tavern. Established in 2016, it features a library of over one thousand open board and card games, along with an extensive RPG collection containing hundreds of role-playing rule books and supplements.
Located in downtown Kansas City at 613 Walnut St., Pawn and Pint offers the convenience of a dedicated parking lot directly across the street with validated free parking for our guests. We’re also just a short walk from the streetcar line, and within walking distance of the River Market, making the tavern easily accessible for locals and visitors alike.
Our fully stocked bar offers premium cocktails, a wide selection of draft beers, and a thoughtfully developed non-alcoholic program. The kitchen serves everything from hearty meals to shareable appetizers and game-table snacks, all designed to fuel long night of play.
Under new ownership, we’ve spent the past several years restoring Pawn and Pint to the vibrant gathering place it was known as in the 2010s. Now, we’re excited to take the next step forward, expanding the experience with our 2026 Mug Club and the construction of the Guild Hall on the mezzanine.
