Guild Hall Update: Renovations, Rewards, Discord & a New Adventurer!

Hey everyone!
Robert here, taking over the Kickstarter updates for the time being! Don't worry, Donald will be back to give you all updates soon enough. In the meantime, we've got quite a bit happening behind the scenes, so let's get into it!
There's Still Time to Submit Your Personal Heraldry
First order of business: if you haven't submitted your personal heraldry yet, there's still time! We haven't set a final deadline, and we've absolutely loved seeing all the creative and amazing designs you've already sent our way. If you didn't receive Donald's email with instructions on how to submit your design, please reach out to Pawn and Pint directly, and we'll make sure you get everything you need.
Renovation Plans Have Changed
We have a pretty significant update regarding the renovations. After meeting with our general contractors and discussing the project with both the ownership team and our landlord, we've decided to adjust the order of construction.
We're going to begin with the Mezzanine renovations!
Replacing the carpet will now become Phase 2 of the project. After a lot of discussion, we ultimately decided that we wanted to prioritize creating the new space that you all helped us reach for. Once we get through our busy season and have a little more flexibility, we'll move forward with the other major renovations.
As things currently stand, we're looking to begin construction sometime in September. We'll keep everyone updated as those plans become more concrete.
Memberships & Free Plays
We're also actively getting everyone's memberships and free-play rewards organized and ready to go! Our goal is to have more information for you by the end of August about how you'll receive and activate your memberships and other applicable rewards. We know many of you are excited to start using them, and we're working to make that process as smooth as possible.
The Guild Hall Discord
Our team is putting the finishing touches on the Discord side of the Guild Hall! We've received most of your Discord usernames and are getting everything ready to add eligible backers to the Guild Hall channels. If you haven't sent us your Discord username yet, or haven't joined the official Pawn and Pint Discord server, please reach out to us directly. We'll help get you where you need to be so you can join in on the fun!
Our Party Just Gained a New Member!
Finally, we have one very special update that isn't about construction or rewards. Yesterday, the Pawn and Pint community gained a brand-new member!
Our General Manager and fearless leader of the Guild Hall project, Donald, and his family have welcomed their first child! We're incredibly excited for them, looking forward to all the baby pictures, and can't wait for the day when Donald and his family can celebrate with all of us in the completed Guild Hall.

Now that's one happy family! Congratulations to Donald and Shaylynn as they welcome their son, James, into the world.
While Donald enjoys some well-deserved paternity leave with his family, some portions of the project will naturally be moving a little more slowly. Once he's back, he'll be working with the team handling the engraving to continue moving those rewards forward. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we continue juggling all the moving parts that come with bringing a project like this to life.
I'll be doing my best to keep everyone apprised of any additional news and announcements over the coming month.
